A must for craft beer lovers. Anchor brewing kick-started the craft brewing movement after prohibition. The tour guide Bradon was excellent and entertaining. The beer was really delicious too!

We had a great tour guide, answered all questions. Beer tasting informative and extensive. Gift shop not overpriced. If you're a native you should have already been here, it you are not its a place to see (don't think its on any tour).

Went for a great tour of the brewery! Fantastic lesson of the brewing process. Sampled at least 5/6 types. If you brew yourself you'll love this tour. They also have a cozy gift shop.

There are buses running down Potrero, I would use Google maps from your starting location (on wifi if no roaming data) and it's easy to walk over from Mission side of hwy. We walked to Anchor from Bernal Heights and went to... More

I recall that the actual tour only lasts about an hour. There is a beer tasting afterward and people seemed to linger there.
