My husband picked this tour and he did a great job. We have been on tours before that were pathetic. This one was superb. We were out for two hours, the stories and information disseminated was great and interesting. We got to see the light house, interesting homes, different islands in Frenchman's Bay, wildlife (more than we had ever seen... More

Tour took around two hours. Very informative guide and great boat. Captain went very close to points of interest. Well recommended.

This was a two hour informative boat cruise. Very glad we took the trip. The naturalist, Tom, lent a humorous and enlightening narrative of the area.

Needed to fill in a few hours and our lighthouse tour cancelled because of windy conditions. Took the nature cruise, and enjoyed it. Easy people to deal with, and very helpful. Tour was nice and we saw wildlife as we cruised around Frenchman's bay.

The entire trip was narrated by a person who did not stop talking for 1 second. The pa system was extremely loud. All the jabberjawing gave me a headache! it was the trip from hell

We booked this tour before we left home and Diane was the lady I dealt with. She was excellent and gave us all the information we needed, including telling us to wear something warm, (which we needed). We cruised the shores of Mount Desert Island Towns and Villages and Acadia National Park on this fall tour. We also saw many... More

First of all Bar Harbor is a quaint and lovely town full of lighthouses, delicious lobster, and plenty of boats. It is also the home of Arcadia National Park and I think it should be a part of any New England trip. Personally, I favor boats to see the landscape and admire the coastline. The Bay King 111 was a... More

We enjoyed a different view of the lighthouses, and saw some that you cannot get to by land. Quite chilly on deck, but warm below with nice windows and hot chocolate available.

My second time, both in October. 50 degrees and 20-30 MPH wind. Beautiful scenery. Naturalist not only knew nature - islands, trees, animals, birds, btu he knew all about lobstering and all the "cottages: of the rich and famous around Bar Harbor. Plenty of blankets for those wanting to sit up and outside, Also indoors , sheltered below with hot... More

We had been to Bar Harbor two years ago and the Lighthouse cruise was one thing that we missed, so on this cruise ship sailing we decided to do this Lighthouse tour.We had seen Acadia coastline from land and I wanted to see it from the sea, and even though I had seen most of the lighthouses visited, this was...
