Such a nice path for a seaside stool. I just wish it was longer. The path is very well marked and hugs the coast with a great view of the Bar Harbour. Nice way to work off a delicious meal or just take in the...More

This was a short walk along the ocean that is just ok. Other reviewers mentioned that they were able to collect sea glass, but they must have ventured off the gravel pathway and took their chances getting down to the rocks on the beach to...More

It's hard to call this a hike, because it was so flat that it was more of a stroll and in fact I saw a stroller on the "trail" at one point. This path is one everyone can do. It follows the rocky shore from...More

The Ocean Trail is a must do but go early because it is pretty easy and very popular. The crowds begin to get pretty big after 10:00. Do the entire trail to see beautiful ocean vistas, rugged coast and Thunder Hole.

They are not the same. Shore Path is in Bar Harbor, in town. You start and end in downtown. Ocean Trail is inside Acadia National Park. It runs between Sand Beach and Other Point.
