Great place for pictures. If you want to pay to go up higher you can. Or you can have a snack at the Terazza cafe. Their food is good and reasonable. Go early AM to avoid crowds or later afternoon.

Come early, have a beverage and enjoy the people watching and awesome sunsets. They have a limited menu and a friendly staff. There is a gift shop on site.

Interesting part of Guam's history. Overlook was stunning - quite a drop to the ocean below. Worth the short side trip to get there.
