A great place for retail therapy. Lots pf good finds. Had a good number of food selection too in case you get hungry from all that shopping.

The place was near the hotel so was a must visit. It has a Ross so that was great shopping. Really inexpensive stuff to take home. It also has a great food court with lots of choices. Also with a lot of other restaurants in the area.

Be ready for crowds if you go here. The stores are always crowded, but you can find most of what you need. Not many of the stores stock larger American sizes however.

Was really looking forward to shopping in Guam Premier Outlet but was disappointed with the merchandise collection. There's not much to buy except for Nine West. Should have spent my day at the beach instead of shopping.

GPO as everyone on Guam calls it has one huge store that is always busy - Ross. and many other stores to shop at. They change often so if you want a specific store check first. There is an very good book store with a coffee shop in it and the coffee shop is wonderful.

Ross was probably the only one that's actually cheap there compared to other outlet stores in the US. Bought a lot of our stuff at ABC instead. Pretty good though. Huge, accessible. :)

I am a visitor to Guam and needed a few more clothes to wear while here. I really liked the selection of souvenir t-shirts at AND Store, and bought one for each member of my family as well as for myself. Then I went to Ross, Dress for Less. It was amazingly crowded, with a huge checkout line and only... More

The easiest and cheapest way to go here is by Tumon trolly shuttle. The place has Calvin Kline, Oakley, Vitamin World, Nike, famous brand shoe, Tommy Hilfieger, Tommy Bahamas, Ross for Less, Levis and a few other outlets, price are discounted. It also has a food court. Outside are Forever21 and restaurants .

Nothing much to see. Nothing like the US outlets. It has very few stores and the line in Ross is crazy long all the time. You have to go though coz your trip to Guam won't be complete without a visit to GPO. Happy I found Panda Express btw. Love their orange chicken😀

GPO is kind of a mix bag of good deals and so-so (is this really outlet prices) deals. I like that my favorites stores can have some crazy discounts for quality products and materials.....now with that being said, there's still others where you scratch your head and question the prices...considering it calls itself an 'outlet' mall, if you've ever been...
