If you visit the Polynesian Cultural Centre, you shouldn't miss the Hukilau Marketplace. It has a host of interestng products from all over the Pacific. By the way , 'polynesia' means 'many islands,' and they are all different.

Lots to choose from and I found pricing to be better than the local Walmart, which was hard to believe.

Some have suggested eat lunch out here before entering PCC as you will not eat at Luau or buffet till about 5:30. I ate at Pounders and found a new favorite dish - ahi katsu with garlic mash ulu (breadfruit) So ono!

I'm sure there are lots of cool places to shop, but we were already at the PCC and found a very nice selection of gifts to purchase. The marketplace has a nice feel and is open at night.
