Ever wonder where the flowers for lie's come from? This is an example. The most popular lei are made from plumeria blossoms. These folks grow them and ship them to Honolulu where they adorn millions of visitors every year.

I like the fact that you get to pick your own plumeria and are then instructed on how to make a lei. If you are there when the UPS lady arrives the rotweiller will put on a show for you.

We did not stay to walk the plumeria orchards, nor did we stay to make our own fresh lei, but you could do both for $25 per person. It's quite a large scale operation for such a modest place, but the surroundings are indeed beautiful and worth stopping to see. Nice couple running the business, too!

I admit, my friends drug me here kicking and screaming. I couldn't think of anything I wanted to do less than learn to make a flower lei. I am not a flower kinda gal. I'm not into wearing them either. BUT, I was wrong. This was a delightful stop and I am glad I went. Wandering among the plumeria trees... More

You have to call to get flowers- unless you go in the early hours of the day. The plumeria leis are beautiful, fragrant and very inexpensive. And they do ship to the mainland

We got to tour the grounds and then make our own lei. It was beautiful. the staff was friendly and very knowledgable. The plumeria were gorgeous. The tour lasts about an hour and costs $25.

This is our go to place for fresh Plumaria leis. We had them fed-ex'd to our wedding eight years ago and annually ever since, but it was great to see the Plumaria ranch and be able to buy individual flowers cheap and leis for a really reasonable price. Richard is the best.

This place is so amazing. I loved picking the flowers and just taking in the scent of it! The owners are so nice and welcoming.

It's a little hard to find this farm along the highway between the airport and the town, but look for the trees, not the sign, and don't be deterred by the humble appearance of the driveway. Getting there is worth the effort. On our visit, we met Malia, who, with her husband, manages the farm. She showed my wife how... More

We visited the farm close to their closing time, but the kind owner let us in. We ordered a lei, and as there were not enough flowers, we went outside to see the owner picking fresh flowers. We were given extra flower for my son to play with, which was very nice. The owner is also an artist, so we... More
