Purdy's is a local macadamia nut farm on Molokai. The owner gives tours, samples and sells a small variety of locally made products. Go there to buy macadamia nuts if for nothing else.

Not a rainy day place. Unfortunately the day we went it was pouring down rain so we really just stood in the gift shop. The people there were wonderful and very friendly. We got our souvenirs and lots of macadamia nuts.

I definitely recommend checking this neat place out. The owner's goal is to educate people on how macadamia nuts grow and sort of walk you through the whole process. Very neat experience.

Like so many others who've written about Purdy's mac nut farm, this was a short, fun learning experience that includes hands-on participation. The guy runs an informative, no pressure discussion about his farm and the nuts. You can buy, or not. He sells excellent macadamia...More
