Everything about this excursion was for the most part great. For some reason though we received a lot of negative attitude towards our group from 2 crew members which lessened the experience for us. The rest of crew was great though.

Aloha and thank you for the kind words about the trip. Our customer service is something we strive to excel at so I am very sorry you experienced less! If you wouldn't mind letting me know when you were on and who the people were, it would be a great help in making sure this doesn't happen again. We're very... More

These guys are great. Lots of fun, welcoming, we were well take care of. Went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Food and beverages were fantastic. They went out of their way on the way back to the harbour to show us turtles.

For my family with young kids this was great! My littlest was scared to snorkel but with the glass bottom and windowed raft, he was very happy. Food and drinks were great and plentiful. Had lot of time to enjoy the fish. if you have a dry snorkel, bring it with you. The sets they have are very basic

We did the morning Molokini snorkel trip. We choose Four Winds because of the bigger boat in hopes of less chance of getting seasick. Captain John chatted with nearly every passenger as we waited to board. Once on deck the crew attended to everything--they circulated through the decks to pass out water, collect garbage from breakfast. On the way to... More

My family of 6 participated in the Molokini snorkeling trip and had a fantastic time. The captain and crew were helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to be around. The snorkeling was terrific, as the water is crystal clear and very comfortable. We counted 15 different varieties of tropical fish, from large to small, and covering the color spectrum. On the... Due to the weather, we didn't get to Molokini, but diverted to the (sheltered that day) Coral Garden. All credit to Captain Dan, he radioed the other boats in the area and then made a clean, crisp decision. He also handled the boat well as we had to turn across the wind and the chop. He didn't just head in... More

My wife and I enjoyed our trip with Four Winds last month. She loves snorkeling, being in the water with the sea life while I am not a swimmer and appreciated the glass bottom section of the boat so I could also experience the underwater world. We arrived early for our dawn departure. The darkness at that hour led to... More

Capt. Dan and the staff of the Four Winds provided us an exceptional and spectacular time aboard our morning tour with them at Molokini! We also happened on to a pod of competition humpback whales going out and coming back and were able to have front row seats as the 4 or 5 males worked to get the attention of... More

My husband and I went on the morning molokini snorkel cruise this week and had an amazing time! The crew were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure that everyone had a great time. They were also constantly watching out and helping when required in the water which was very reassuring. The food was... More
