We visited the nearby goat farm which actually cost more than the $15 to view this this distillary which included a very nice tour of the grounds but not the inside of the processing plant. The tour guide was very nice as was the 6/2 shots of liquor that provided a unique tasting experience adults only.

Loved this place. The tour was fun and learned about the distillation process and why the bottles are designed as they are. The tasting experience was enjoyable for everyone. You can’t beat the grounds overlooking the ocean and the volcano. Beautiful and relaxing place for a sundowner drink from their bar. Cost $15.00 per person but if only one wants to do the tasting then the second person can do the tour for free.

We visited Ocean Vodka during our two weeks vacation in Maui and it was a great experience: the location and views from their lawn are amazing, and to be able to sit and enjoy the view with some great cocktails and tasty food options was a delight! The tasting tour is great too: not too long, and a good intro to their surprisingly wide range of products. 10/10

If you're looking for an in-depth behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery itself, you're going to be disappointed. You won't get to go inside the actual bottling plant. You can, however, see part of the process through viewing windows. Instead, what you're here for is to see the beautiful grounds, learn a little about the process and some history behind the company, and do the tasting. Our guide was excellent and a lot of fun. I've seen some reviews griping about the cost of the tour in relation to the sample pours they give you. I was zero stressed about that. You get six different pours, probably the equivalent of a 1/2-3/4 shot each. That seemed plenty appropriate for tasting purposes (plus, they're legally limited with how much they can give in samples like those). The value beyond the tasting is in touring the property, which gives stunning views of Maui down below. The store has just about every possible piece of logo merchandise anyone could want, as well as bottles for purchase. And our interactions with each employee there were excellent. We also got a pizza from the cafe, as well as a cocktail, and ate and drank out in the big grass courtyard inside our own little cabana, which was fantastic. We did this tour right after the Surfing Goat Dairy tour, only a mile away, and loved both as a little bit different of a Maui sightseeing experience.

My husband and I had such a fun time at the distillery and farm tour. It was raining, but that didn't take away from our cheery tour guide and the delicious spirits. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the Ocean vodka was and have since switched to it from our beloved Chopin.
We also had lunch at the restaurant on site and it was OUTSTANDING!! That alone was reason enough to visit the farm!!
Maybe the tour wasn't the best I'd ever attended, but I still felt that the tasting and the upbeat energy of our tour guide deserves an excellent rating.

I wasn't too impressed. The guide had lots of stories, but gave out a lot of false information. One example is the salinity of the ocean water at 3,000' that is blended in their liquors. It is NOT less salty than surface water - ok, maybe 1 part/thousand, but you certainly couldn't tell the difference. The whole set-up was pretty basic. The disappointing tour didn't include any of the bottling area, they just want you to pay quite a bit of money for a 1-oz ea tasting. I wouldn't recommend this place - go somewhere else.

I forget the name of our guide, but she is a tall Aussie, and if you can get her for the tour do it because she is absolutely hilarious. The tour itself isn't much more than a ten-minute talk, and then a tasting, but it's worth your thirty minutes to try it. The Hawaiian water and their process make for some absolutely tasty drinks. It's also a great place to have lunch as they have a cafe with a variety of choices and a lawn that has an amazing view. Even if you don't drink alcohol, it's worth it.

The location is stunning, the spirits pretty good and our guide was delightful. Unfortunately, the first person we met was in the gift store as this is where you check in. She was pretty short with everyone to the point of being down right rude. She gave us our shot glasses and told us to wait out on the grass (which is quite a large area) and this is where our guide would meet us. Many of us waited on the lawn and missed our time slot as no one came out. When we checked in she said we were in the wrong spot. We needed to be on the grass by the gray fence. That would have been good to know. We picked up the next tour but now were 45 minutes into it without really doing anything but waiting. I am certain the owners do not want their guests being treated poorly. We were not the only ones. It would be best for the distillery to have someone more customer friendly who enjoys their job and people working the check-ins. Lastly, it would be great if there was signage as to where folks should stand to wait for their guide.

My husband and I went there on Thursday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We didn't know what to expect as we had only done wine tasting before. We learned a lot and the rum/vodka/gin tastings were wonderful. It was rainy the day we were there so we couldn't tour the farm but it looked lovely and we did have a chance to sit in the cafe which id definitely worth some time at. The prices to purchase the products was also very reasonable (and the bottles are quite unique and beautiful)

Discovered this place on the map while looking for surfing goat dairy. The are right down the road from each other. What a treat. The property is absolutely beautiful with great views. Our tour guide was Patty (the Australian) and she was hilarious. It’s always fun to have people who actually enjoy their job and are good at it. She really made the tour fun. Out of all the spirits we got to sample I must say the gin was the best and actually surprising considering I don’t fancy gin. So much to do in Maui besides the beach, try this place.
