Beautiful. Right across the street from vacation condos and rentals for ocean gear (paddle boards, snorkeling, etc). There are a few cement tables in the grass area where you can eat and relax enjoying the oceans view. The beach wasn’t busy the entire week we...More

This beach has benefits all day long. In the morning when the waters are still calm it's a great place for snorkeling. At low tide the rocks to the left expose several tide pools and sea creature habitats viewable just by carefully walking around the...More

This beach has great views of other parts of maui and the crater. Go ahead and setup shop and enjoy the day. Plenty of room for everyone here and food trucks are within walking distance.

We were staying right across the street and it was great to walk along at sunset. We found little ocean gems....lobster skeleton, crabs, and coral. Sand was soft and views of the setting sun were great, plus it was right by our condo!

Hands down this is our most favorite beach to take our kids (11 and 7). We go around 10am and always find parking on the street. The kids love to jump the waves and boogie board. Not to mention right across the street is 808...More

My wife and I did a shore scuba dive off the beach. Was an easy dive and OK conditions. There had been a storm come through and the water was a bit stirred. In any case, a nice sandy beach and easy access.

This beach is beautiful with soft sand, snorkeling around the rocks at either end, lifeguards, food right across the street at Mooses and Fred's. I always stay at Kihei Kai Nani resort across the street as well. In the evening many people gather here for...More

This was our first beach visit in Maui. The waves were a little too big for our kids to play by themselves but they loved the sand and playing in the waves. A few snorkeled nearby and saw fish, coral and even a large sea...More

There are water showers to wash the sand off of you (they are located outside though), but no, there are no beach chairs. You have to bring one from your resort (if they provide one).

There isn't a charge to use any of the beaches on Maui. If you are not staying at a place on the beach, look for a public access area.
