Not only was the rappelling down water falls a fun (and safe) adventure for our family, the guides were a delight. They made every aspect of our time both fun and informative. I had not expected to learn so much about the areas we traversed....More

Rappel Maui is a must for anyone visiting the island! Gorgeous vegetation, beautiful waterfalls and fantastic guides. Emily and Logan were the best! They can teach the most timid to embrace their inner adventurer and take that first step off the falls!!

Matthew and Logan picked us up right on time, and the day got better from there. They proved as knowledgeable about the area as a dedicated tour guide we met later on in our trip, making the ride from central Maui to the starting point...More

We were picked up at a park and ride by Logan and Elaina. They provided a safety briefing on our drive up the Hana Highway to the garden of Eden where the rappel tour takes place. We chose the extended tour (Zip and Rappel), it...More

I see from prior Q&A that you can work around an NCL cruise. My concern is two fold - a) the rain scheduled for saturday when we'd want to rappel on Monday and b) I wear glasses and can't see without them. Is it silly to try to rappel a waterfall ? I'm wondering if I'll be able to see with the water on my glasses and don't know if anyone there has run into this issue before. I appreciate your honest feedback on this.

Aloha! Thanks for your question. We are able to accommodate guests on board the Pride of America; if you book through the ship, we can pick you up at the harbor. Otherwise, we can meet you across the street at Maui Mall... More

How in shape do you need to be? I am ok, but not a lot of upper body strength.

Aloha Kathy, You need to be able to hike 1/2 mile to 1 mile of natural trail that may be muddy. The hiking trails are also pretty vertical, so we often refer to the last part of the tour as the Stairmaster. (The climb is... More

We're interested in rappelling during one of our dockings with Norwegian Cruise Line. We are not planning to rent a car for the day. What are my options for getting to the meet up location from the port? How much could I expect to pay a taxi? Or how feasible is it to take public transportation to and from the meeting place?

Aloha Emily, We can arrange to meet you across the street from the harbor--about a 5-10 minute walk from NCL. You'll get specific walking directions when making reservations. Thank you for asking.
