Stayed for 5 nights. Lots to do with several beaches, shops and restaurants. Desert like surroundings then the beach right there. All upscale and awesome condo at Kings Land

Appartement spacious and clean. Nice gym room and a good pool. Two supermarkets very close to the resort. Perfect location near beaches. Concierge service very reactive and helpful. Definitely a place to stay on big island

Because the resort is located at the foot of a 14,000 peak, there are usually afternoon/evening winds coming off the mountain.

I have no idea. Best to call Casa Pericos. It might depend on how well the 2 couples are acquainted, and how much privacy each couple requires.
