What a fun time we had: it was well worth the drive to be up close and learn the trials and tribulations and patience it takes to produce vanilla beans. Jim and his family are to be commended for their commitment to their business so...More

Fascinating, humorous, classy tour and presenter. It is easy to see why the whole family was committed to this enterprise.

This was my third trip to the vanilla farm. Every trip is a truly original experience. The food never disappoints. I took my granddaughter and her Fiancé. She is a graduate of Culinary School and is currently a wine educator at Flora Springs Winerty in...More

We stopped by for the tour only and were glad we did. Upon arrival for the tour, we were offered a choice of vanilla lemonade or vanilla ice tea. I tried the lemonade, it was very good. The tour took us to see some of...More

This is a bit off the beaten track, and the road is small and twisty, but not scary. The vanilla extract they make is amazing, and the blended coffee-vanilla milkshake was a food high-point of the trip.

We had visited the Hawaiian Vanilla Company in 2016 but missed out on the lunch visit and only participated in the tour. The history and evolution of the company was very interesting and educational and the owner was informative and open to questions. We were...More

I really enjoyed this place. I learned so much about vanilla that I will use next time I buy beans anywhere. This is the only place in the US that produces vanilla. It's a lovely piece of land with a family run operation. They love...More

We learned about this tour through an overheard conversation and decided to sign-up. Their website provided excellent guidance on how to reach the farm. Beginning with the lunch, we were offered the choice of 3 beverages featuring some vanilla flavoring. The salad dressing, delicious chicken...More

They are very accommodating to dietary restrictions ...You just have to make them aware of it before you arrive there. I believe there is a section on the website to make that known when you sign up or you can call them

Dad has a bad back, knees, & hip and walks with a cane. He made it okay. It's maybe 200 yards? But half of it is down hill going and up hill coming. But he told us we could drive down and drop dad off if necessary.
