Wow, their coffee is AMAZING. so smooth, so delicious, a variety of flavours!!! I just wish it wasn't that expensive, or else I would buy the whole store out! Our FREE tour started right on the hour, and operates every half an hour. No advanced...More

Alright we loved this coffee tour but, unlike the other coffee tour we did on the big island, this one we loved for all their samples. Don't get me wrong, we sampled coffee at the other place, too, but this was coffee sampling heaven. They...More

Fun tour; just the right length -- 30 minutes approximately. Convenient location. Tastings. (No cream, sigh.)

We've already been there several times, but popped up again when returning from kayaking in Kealakekua bay. We planned to sample coffees, and buy some for presents, but first went with their tour again. Every time we listen to the tour there are new details,...More

We decided to visit Greenwell Farms because, of the various coffee tours, it was recommended as the most authentic. And, bonus, it was in the Kona region! Reservations were not required for the tour. The tour (short, easy walking tour) was definitely authentic and traditional....More

This is a great place to try some coffee and go on a farm tour! The tour itself was fantastic, especially since it was free, and they have coffee and more for sale in their small shop.

Greenwell Farms was the second Kona coffee tour we did. Well worth the time as each is a bit different. This tour actually takes you through part of their orchard and explains more of the process than the first one we did. If you are...More

We visited with two boys first week of May and my husband and I loved it. The length of the tour was just long enough to see how the Kona coffee is grown and harvested. The samples were abundant and staff were very friendly. My...More

Did they tell you they will roast your coffee beans for you? They do so for our farm which we sell to others. They do a rather Professional quality job! It is crowded and busy in there so probably best that you did not go inside! It is well organized and efficient for certain.

Yes, They told us that they roast beans for many farms in the region. We saw them being dropped off. It was an excellent tour and we learned a lot. As Canadian tourists we did buy some of their coffee to bring home. Sorry it... More
