Like nowhere else on Earth!
We went as a family of 3 boys, 17,13,and 8. We had A BLAST! It is a life time experience! Thanks for all the team there who made our experience memorable. Worth the money for sure. Extremely recommended !

Our family of five from Texas and Oklahoma visited Oahu and the Big Island for Spring Break! The waterfall and area is Amazing!! I love waterfalls and this one did not disappoint! All the waterfalls around the Hilo area are Beautiful but this one and the area it was in was breathtaking!! We arrived shortly before they closed but the employees graciously let us enter anyways and we are Thankful for that! The falls are a short drive from the entrance and you can park right at the waterfall! Would definitely recommend this waterfall!!

This was my first time to zip line and I really enjoyed myself. I am local gal from this island and I would do it again. The staff, Sydney, Avery, Kayden, & Maika’i were awesome!!! Sydney & Avery were hilarious. Kayden was so friendly, come to find out he is my daughter’s classmate from Hilo High. Maika’i’s hospitality by sharing us the taste of different exotic fruits guava, ice cream bean, & starfruit.

Awesome experience! My daughter and I did the Zipline tour with John, Hunter, Maka and Hog. We had so much fun and the guides were great! My husband and other daughter did the ATV tour and had a blast as well! Highly recommend The Umauma Experience!

Pleasant surprise! We showed up and didn’t know what to expect. We wanted to see the falls. They were so nice! Charged us $10 for our car of 5 people and gave us a map of the beautiful property. Drove up the hill and the falls did not disappoint! Beautiful!

What struck me about the place is the customer service right from the beginning. Wow, they are so nice! My wife and I did the self-guided tour. We walked to the different spots.
My only regret is that on the self-guided tour there is a limitation as to how close you can get to the falls. You can still get good unobstructed photos, but nothing very close.
And then again is the amazing customer care that the team provides.

We could get 4 line zipline as 9 line was all booked but had an amazing experience. In our group we had young children and several first timers but crew was very supportive and made us all comfortable. The views are spectacular with valley, waterfalls and trees. They were following covid protocols and also checking for the HI safe travels confirmation so take your phones. All in all we had a great time. Highly recommend.

You can't go wrong choosing this adventure over others on the Hilo side in my opinion. Super-friendly guides - very safety conscious. The lines are incredible all the way through including the dramatic canyon and falls fly-overs. I believe Umauma has more lines than others and is competitively priced. Umauma includes a dual line run which is kind of fun to race a friend to the platform down-line. I've zipped one other line on the Hilo side and this has to be the best IMHO! :-)

This is just one more reason people fall in love in Hawaii and with Hawaii. The sights and sounds are surreal and breathtaking. The walking path is a well-paved loop of less than a mile. Because the foliage is so huge, I felt like I was walking through Jurassic Park, and the falls are inspiring.

We all had a good time. Well run, great guides, but very expensive. Just might be Hawaii prices but I would not do it again or suggest it to others given the price. If it were 1/2 the price I would say it is worth it.
