Had a wonderful afternoon snorkeling and lounging on the grass with the family. The area was busy but large enough that it did not get crowded. There are public showers and restrooms.

Spent an hour or so snorkeling. The corral is dead from folks walking on it. The water is shallow. I visited in the afternoon so the water wasn’t as clear as it would have been earlier in the day. Saw a couple sea turtles and lots of fish.

This beach area was great. Shaded, has bathrooms, showers, picnic tables, and even hand rails into the water. The water was a mix of cold and warm due to the stream and the ocean meeting. I saw 2 huge turtles, they swam close to me. The water gets a bit tough to swim in as you get closer to the ocean. Overall, it’s a great place. You will need to drive through a heavy industrial area to get to it.

Quiet spot for families with young kids. Tide pools, picnic spot, very popular with locals. For better snorkeling, Richardson Beach Park a couple of miles further down the road is a better option.

We found the park fairly quiet and relaxing. There is a lot of shade. There are also some lovely large tide pools that we could dip in. The water was pristine and we could watch tropical fish swimming around.
