Local Mac Nut farm that provides many flavors. My son's favorite is coconut flavored Mac Nuts. Available at many of the local farmers markets. Joe is really friendly.

Lots of mac nuts seem under-cooked, almost soggy. Not Joe's. They are excellent, crisp, lightly salted, perfect. I will stay with the standard roasted and slightly salted. For me, extra flavors, like "coffee", detract rather than add. Maybe some day when I've had my fill...More
