We have stopped at the Mint Bar most every time we have been in Sheridan...maybe 10 to 20 or more times in the last 25 years! Were staying in Sheridan our last night on a trip home from Arizona, and this was no exception. Stopped in for our usual beer in late afternoon before going out for supper. The Mint... More

The Mint Bar has an interesting past, however, you have to stop by for couple of hours and do the following: Go into the bar just after 12:00 noon and meet Jessica - she's our favorite. Have her tap you a Black Tooth Brown. Then go a couple of doors down to the Midtown Cafe and order a Pastrami Sandwich... More

Whether you want a cold drink or not, you have to visit. This place is filled with historic photos and an amazing taxidermic collection - make sure to look above the bar. A "only in WY stop" for sure.

Such a unique bar. Walls are completely covered with stuffed animals. A must see in Sheridan! Decent selection of local beers, too.

Great Little Bar in the heart of the real west. If you go there during rodeo weekend the whole Main Street is blocked off and this bar will be packed. Great place to check out that has some interesting history behind it.

Old old old place to grab a beer. No food. I like the history and the cool bar. There is a pool table in the back

Great place to stop for a couple beers. Love the decor, all the pictures, and taxidermy. Just can't beat all that cedar wood work. Staff was very friendly. Beer was cold.

What a cool bar. Every species of prairie animal hanging from the wall and the woodwork is so old school bar.

This Bar is a must to see in downtown Sheridan. The bar, built in 1907, has a lot of history to tell. Drop in for many interesting things to see. The counter staff will answer all your questions.

Since The Mint Saloon has been in business since 1907, we had to check it out. Wagon-wheel chandlers hang from the ceilings. Cedar shingles branded with over 9000 cattle brands from all over the state of Wyoming cover the walls. As does an endless variety of mounted animals, birds, fish, reptiles and historical western photos of local scenery - wildlife,... More
