Traveling thru and made a point to see this museum. Easy to locate and fun to see all the items the owner has collected over the years. Myriad things to see, from jugs, cars, carriages, clothing, whole room set-ups to trophy mounts. There has to be something to interest everyone. A lot of time, effort and money has gone into... This is a museum everyone should visit! It has preserved so much of our western history. There are beautiful, clean, well kept items of history that we found so very interesting! Seeing things up close puts things into prospective as to actual size...instead of what you see on TV! We'll worth your time.

Absolutely wonderful! Was very surprised by the amount of exhibits and all the different types. The owners were there and took time to tell us about many of the things in the museum. It was our favorite museum in Cheyenne! I would recommend this to anyone on a tour of the Old West.

No, this isn't a big city museum with a large board of directors place. It's quaint, quiet, out of the way and if you didn't know what you where looking for, you'd pass it on the road. From the outside it is nothing special and one would ask the question "are you sure?" But step inside, walk around the corner... More

My wife and I arrived at about 4:00 PM on a Friday afternoon. As we pulled into the parking lot, a gentleman nodded and waived as he was leaving. It turns out he was the owner, and had just buttoned things up for the day. He returned to let us in, and I'm very glad that he did. He gave... More

The museum is hardly conducive to a great experience. I did value my time and seeing the many antiques of the area or brought to the area. Although, the warehouse type museum and lighting was poor. I understand the environment needs to be just right to preserve the antiques, but I have been to better museums in Cheyenne and around... More

This Museum is such a surprise. Great collection of western memorabilia. Love the collection of saddles. Many historic wagons and this museum provides an incredible view of the early life of Wyoming ranchers. Thanks to the Messengers for sharing their passion for western history.

One of the most intersting museums of horse drawn carriages we have visited. Extensive collection of restored carriages, providing a wonderful history of Cheyenne. The only drawback are the hours of the museum which vary from day to day.

The museum is housed in a storage facility. When you first enter, there is a small room of artwork and other artifacts on display, but when you continue on, you'll enter a large room filled with historic carriages and automobiles from the early 1900s. Nicely done.
