As New Englanders and Red Sox fans, we could not believe we were seeing signs off Wy Rte. 210 for a park named after a radio announcer for the Sox back in the day. I surmised that it must be because he came from this...More

This is a very scenic park with lots of walks and camping near a large lake. The facilities for camping, walking and water sports are good and there is a modern visitor centre where staff will advise on suitable walks etc. We enjoyed an afternoon...More

The scenery is breathtaking. Weather was perfect in early September which is after the busy season. The park was beautiful, clean, well designed and maintained. Highly recommend this if you are in the area.

I hiked the Hidden Falls trail and loved the rock formations along the way. The trail follows the creek and ends in a short walk through the water to see the falls. It was beautiful and an easy hike.

This is favorite for the locals. There is camping, both tent and RV sites available, many trails you can hike on and fishing at one of the two lakes. The hike to hidden falls worth the hike.

Plenty to do there, affordable, easy to get to. If you're in or near Cheyenne it's an easy drive for a day away or if you want to camp, reasonable number of sites.

We paid for a day pass and hiked to the Hidden Falls. We took about a mile detour because the trail was not too well marked, but enjoyed it anyway. I don't care much for sharing trails with mountain bikers, but everyone who was riding...More
