My family is really looking forward to visiting the Capitol after the renovations are complete. We missed not visiting the Wyoming Christmas tree this year!

When this is reopened it will be amazing - until then, there's an exhibit at the Wyoming State Museum about what you would see if you could see inside the Capitol, and some videos about why this renovation is necessary.

What a great place to get a quick summary of Wyoming. It was just the right size. We were able to see everything in a little more than an hour. Free admission but I am sure you'll want to make a donation after you've been there.

We stopped here hoping to see a bit more of the Capitol than we did. While we knew that we couldn't get inside due to the renovations, I hadn't expected so much external scaffolding. From what I could see though it does look cool.

The beautiful capitol is under renovation. So, put this on a must do but later list. It is completely closed now.

Enjoyed visiting Wyoming. People are so personable and pleasant. I have faith in humanity again. Just passing through. We will be coming back to see more. Happy.

The state capital is beautiful. The dome stands out an reflects the importance of the building. While it was being renovated on our visit, the renovation did not distract from its beauty.

The Capitol was blocked off due to construction. Pretty average but may be more appealing once the construction is finished.
