It defiantly wasn't a "must see" destination but we happened upon it at the end of the main downtown strip. There was a jerky shop and cheese shop and I think a restaurant. It was cute. But don't plan it for a day attraction.

We happened across this by chance when we were looking for a place to eat. The "Village" itself isn't much other than a couple of shops in the middle of downtown. The Glockenspiel was cute. We were there at the top of the hour and...More

Glockenspiel was cute but needs updating. Many of the parts are old and not in the best of shape. Get's old fast. Bring back the candy store and Del Sol.

Other than decor I didn't see any attraction there. And since I need 100 characters an nothing to say, I type this.

I think it's cute. I like that we can stop for a break and watch the story telling. It's free too and a nice break from walking around town

The only thing redeeming about this area is this is where there are some public restrooms. You'll most certainly pass it walking along the strip but there is no reason to stop.

My husband and I came here on Thursday, June 12, as part of our one day in the Dells. I had never been nor did I even know what a "Glockenspiel" even was! Every hour on the hour, the Glockenspiel chimes and within moments, one...More
