Can beat the Water Dome in the winter

I have been to the wilderness several times over the years with my family. One of our favorite things to do is the wave pool, floating in inner tubes in calm water and then going crazy every 20 minutes when the waves come on. Somebody must have been hurt, or they got a new aquatics manager with no spine, because... More

This is the place to go to get some vitamin D in the winter months. The hotel section is very loud and full of sports teams. Families would be happier in the Glacier Canyon section. If you want a table in the Water Dome (I highly suggest it), get there when the area first opens and grab a table. The... More

We never get bored coming here, always something different to do everyday. Every year we come they add more attractions or water activities. I would recommend this to anyone young or old. You will have a good time, staff is always friendly. We will be back again in January!

We go to the Dells every couple of summers with my inlaws. It's a group of 11 and we have stayed at The Lake and the condos. We loved both places! Lots of room for all of us to sleep, eat and relax. We love having access to all the parks on the Wildnerness premises. Very clean and plenty to... More

Fun was had by all, there is something to do for everyone. Rooms are large an very comfortable and fit at least 7 people just fine.

Perfect family getaway. So much to do! While a day or 2 is perfect at Great Wolf Lodge, 3 or more days is best to take in everything that Wilderness Territory offers, even in the winter. The indoor water parks are great- love the warm & sunny wave pool & the outdoor whirlpools in wintertime. The arcades are large and... More

This is a decent place to stay. Our grandkids love the water parks. The rooms are decent. They really need to improve the sound proofing. Kids running through the halls shouting past 11 and being able to hear them in your room is frustrating. It sounds like elephants in the halls! Also very frustrating that we had a 4 o'clock... More

This is a great place to stay! The rooms are very comfortable (check out the condo style rooms with full kitchens and large common areas) and we love the indoor and outdoor water parks (great wave pool). It's all connected, so you never have to put a coat on if you don't want to. They continually improve the property with... More

We love going to the Wilderness! Always clean, not overly crowded. We really enjoy the different parks and places to stay. This is a great place. I'd give a higher rating except it does get crowded just not as bad as Kalahari.

We rented one of the Villas for a trip with my children and grandchildren. There was enough room for the whole extended family two including my school son and my daughters inlaws. The Villa was beautiful! It looked like an elegant log home nested in the woods but was only a few feet from the door to one of the... More
