A good historical museum, nothing fancy but very informative. Fascinating story of the evolution of cranberry growing. The host was very helpful in the gift shop picking out wine and talking about the town. Well worth the small ($5) admission fee.

It has been two years since we last visited and I still have mixed feelings about the center and the festival. As somebody else mentioned, a large percent of the big tents at the bottom of the hill before you enter town are nothing more...More

Stopped at the gift shop/museum. Museum was in the basement (I did see an elevator). Five minute video provided a quick overview. Lots of artifacts. Purchased chocolate covered cranberries in the gift shop and they were so delicious. Great start to the cranberry bog tour.

The gift shop is upstairs and free. buy cranberry treats. Try cranberry ice cream. The museum is downstairs and ticketed. Start with the film about the cranberry and then follow the exhibits. Good info. Some hands on activities. Will take about 30 minutes tops.

As far as the museum it was a small respite from the hot day; air condition with cranberry ice cream celebrating the cranberries grown in Wisconsin. Sixty plus percent is grown here in Wisconsin. That was only one of maybe three pluses we enjoyed that...More

We visited Cranfest this year and did the cranberry marsh tour and then visited this museum and gift shop. The displays are well put together with very detailed descriptions that really enhanced what we had seen on the marsh tour. We learned a great deal...More
