We had a great time here. The apple-picking options were not extensive, but we came away with plenty of fruit for pies and fritters (and snacking!). Staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the Evergreen Maze and recommend it to anyone going to the orchard: it's very similar to a corn maze but proves to be quite a different... More

Nice spot to stop and give the kids something to do. Not super friendly staff, but gave appropriate directions on where to go to pick cherries. Fun for the family and little kids would love to do this. Worth the money if you like cherries and family activities!

Choice Orchards is our go-to place for delicious, tart Montmorency cherries. THE best cherries for baking pies and crisps. Great for kids as the trees are not too tall and the cherries are easily accessible. Fun, fun, fun to pick your own cherries and then go home to pit, and bake something wonderful.

I came to door county just for the cherries. The front desk girl at our hotel recommend checking out choice orchards. She was right. It was a great place and I got to pick my own cherries. It was a great day.

Wow! Cheapest cherries around and so easy to pick a lot at once. We even splurged and bought a cherry pitter. That was the cheapest one we saw. Of course, locals said they used a hairpin to put the cherries but these southerners don't know how to do that. I definitely recommend this place. We went to another orchard and... More

Picked this location because of it's rating. Very easy to pick cherries. Tons of beautiful fruit available. Staff was not the greatest at giving us directions on how to pick since it was our first time there, but overall a good experience. $10/pail - FILL your pail!!

This is not one of the fancy over priced orchards in Door County. This is the place for serious pickers. They have reasonably priced fruit to pick and are such nice people. They also have a very interesting migrant workers cabin museum that is worth checking out.

The 2013 cherry season looks to be one of the best in a few years. Just pitted a pail full..I would say 3 pies worth at least and the juice was incredible...very good quality. When I arrived, the lot was full...families with kids from babies to teens were ready and awaiting. Great, wholesome activity for children on a beautiful July... More
