A friend and I stopped to try some wine samples and Carol made this fun. We bought a couple different kinds and checked out the apples as well. We also tried a Jewish pastry hamantaschen that was delicious!

The winery makes their own crabapple wine and cider, however the other choices are brought in. We sampled the crabapple wine and the cider, but were not impressed. The ride to get to the winery was nice, but the service when tasting was average.

We were the first visitors to this location while on the Great River Wine Tour and the hostess was very nice in helping us with our tasting. It was a beautiful barn and location, but I wasn't a huge fan of the sampling I had....More

This is a cute little winery and cidery. We stopped in in the winter when only the tasting room was open. We had fun tasting the wine and exploring the store. It was fun talking with Herdie and Carol too!

Emailed twice prior to special weekend date with hubby where this was one of our stops. They said both times they'd be open 11-5 Sat. Pulled up (drove from twin cities) to see snow in driveway and "closed" sign. Called--they said, sorry, were closed. They...More

This is a nice winery/apple orchard that is well off the beaten path. They had good wine, cheese and crackers for sale, and a cool little gift shop. There's a gazebo a short walk from the tasting room that is worth the walk. Staff was...More

I guess I didn't know that cidery was a word! It is! And it means that they make their own cider, hard cider from their very own apples. Yummy tastings, good shop for food, fun sampling and beautiful grounds.
