Art is not quite my thing. It was neat to walk through but didn't need to spend too much time here. I enjoyed the bathroom decor more than the actual art.

Kohler Art Center is a beautiful museum that hosts interesting but less-than-mainstream art works. It's not that big like Art Institute of Chicago that will overwhelm you during visit; there are usually only 4-5 exhibitions, so it's very manageable. The current exhibition includes collections from...More

We spent under an hour viewing the art. Most displays were of people that had decorated their homes with unique eclectic art they had made. Their were also some other art and photo displays.

Museum was free, with a suggested donation box. Enjoyed all of the exhibits on display, especially Mary Nohl, Stella Waitzkins, and David Butler exhibits. The museum gift shop had many interesting items and I left a few $$$ there. I would return for future exhibits.

This is a stop every time we visit Sheboygan. For a $6 donation you see the house of the original rhinestone cowboy and many wonderfull rotating exhibits. Even outside you can view Dr. Evermore's birds.

THIS TOWN IS VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE SUCH A RICH AND WONDERFUL PLACE. We loved everything about this gem of an Art Center. We even did the art projects in the art room. I can't wait to go back!!
