We hiked a couple paths and visited the nature center. When you see the views of the Lake and white sand, it's almost like you're at the ocean! We took boardwalk path which was fine for our 6 year old. Not ideal for a stroller.

We did a family photo shoot just before sunset. It was so beautiful in the sand dunes, with the blue water as our background. Also love camping, hiking and beach time at this extraordinary state park.

This summer has been wet. More skeeters than normal. Stay where the wind blows or bring your bug juice.
