We arrived on a quiet afternoon and went straight through to join the train ride around the warehouse. Guide was very informative, and funny and we enjoyed the videos outlining the history of the company. It's a pity that this is a distribution warehouse and...More

I am so sad to write this review because there is so much potential for this to be a great tour! However, it's basically just a stop and go train ride/crawl around the warehouse showing outdated video after video of the jelly belly making process....More

The train ride in the warehouse was extremely boring and the guide had a chip on her shoulder. The store is way too expensive.

Very interesting . Disappointed that we were presented with only videos of how the product was made. Received a box of the new "gross"flavors. Dirty socks, vomit, snotty nose, and mud. Yuck

We took our twin 3 year old grandsons and 2 year old granddaughter. Our grandsons are infatuated with trains right now so I thought this would be a fun outing for them. From the beginning it was not toddler friendly. We walked in the front...More

First of all, if you're expecting a traditional factory tour, lower your expectations. It's just a warehouse. The tour train takes you around the outer edge of the warehouse with occasional stops to watch a video on a screen of how they make the candy....More

The smaller kids were not as interested in the tour, as it was narrated with film strips on the wall. They did like the train ride as it went around each area when telling story how the jelly beans were made. The best part was...More

We were traveling from MI to WI and saw the sign for this listed on the Attractions of one of the blue highway signs. Since we weren't in a hurry we decided to see what it was all about. The tour was free, which is...More

Don't get me wrong our family had a lot fun on this tour, but don't expect a factory tour where you can observe first hand Jelly Bean being made and the different machinery involved. First of all the tour is free so you really can't...More

The pros: they allow you to sample quite a bit of different flavors of jelly beans, other candy and fudge. The tour leaves several times a day (every half hour), and is a free ride on a train with several stops around the warehouse to...More

Unfortunately I don't remember what they charged for a pound. The nice thing is, each dispenser dispenses 2 ounces at a time so you don't have to buy a full pound of one flavor.
