Went to a wedding here a couple months ago, and it proved to be a very neat and unique wedding venue. We had some time in between events so we were able to check out the exhibits. Very neat and interesting place. I'd like to go again!

This is a family place. There is something for everyone from tots to 100 plus. Memories from the past are brought back to life and generations of old tell their stories to the youngsters. Dreams and visions for the future are born and take shape here as the kids see, hear, smell, touch, and experience all that life in the... More

We took our 6 year old and 4 year old here over Christmas vacation and they loved it. The museum has a great collection of airplanes to look at and the layout is perfect to be able to walk through all of it and not miss anything. The kids loved looking at the planes but it was really nice that... More

A long-time newspaper colleague annually regaled me with stories of his adventures at the EAA AirVenture Museum's annual fly-in and air show in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, the biggest of its kind in the world, more planes, more exhibits, more activities, the town's most popular tourist attraction. So, after several years, my wife and I finally had an opportunity to visit the... More

We were looking for something fun to do with our 2.5 year old on a cold January morning. Our little one loves airplanes and rockets so the EAA was a great find. She squealed with delight the moment she walked in. There is a fun interactive kids area that she liked, but she really loved the rocket simulator and the... More

From the displays along Highway 41, I thought this was a military flight museum. I was wrong! This is a museum run by the Experimental Aircraft Association and it is absolutely fascinating!! We went with my son, two grandsons (5 and 9) and a granddaughter in her twos. The entry fee maxes out at $31.00 for a family. The highlight... More

The EAA AirVenture Museum is easily one of the top Air and Space museums in the world, on Par with the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC, and the USAF Museum in Dayton, OH. The focus is on homebuilt, experimental airplanes, but the museum also boasts a huge collection of vintage and ex-military aircraft. During the summer the... More

I have been a member for many years and have volunteered for the Air Show. What a great organization of very dedicated individuals. They take great pride in doing everything they do.
