This is a very beautiful church in the middle of the city. There is only on street parking at meters. There are several steps to climb to enter. The alter and windows are amazing to see. We went for a wedding so I'm not sure...More

There was to be a wedding at 5:00 in the lovely sanctuary. The programs listing bride, groom etc. were awaiting guests. Even though the ceremonies were not to begin for 3 hours, all was safe inside this historic edifice.

I was married here, oh so many years ago. It's only a few blocks from City Hall. It is old and has been beautifully restored.

In Milwaukee for just a couple days, and visited Old St Mary's early in the morning for the 7AM mass. What an awesome place, and about 50 business people there for the morning mass to start their day.

Beautiful and Father Tim welcomes everyone - he's a great priest who is revitalizing the East Side Catholic churches.

Small but ample to host a wedding; quite old but well kept ; historical but in the downtown what else is left to describe, No fees to enter; a quick 15 mins is enough if you are not going for the mass.

The church is quite old and lovely. I was pleasantly surprised to see so many people attend the Ash Wednesday services at lunchtime. I'm not sure who was leading the service

This is a beautiful church with gorgeous stained glass windows. For those of us who work downtown, they have a noon Mass on holy days that takes about 45 minutes (so you can go over your lunch hour).

While a little staid on the outside, the interior is beautiful. It has a very modern central cross over the altar. The seating arrangements are flexible which can be a plus. THe acoustics are a little echo-y but still very good.

When we went we parked at a meter. You need to pay only at certain times so read the sign first before you pay, but take quarters in case you are there during the times that they charge. We parked on the street on the side... More
