Sunflower week is always spectacular but this natural space is a wonderful expansive space for reflection, bird watching and snow shoeing ....delightful year round. Easy to find but minimal,amenities . Trails not easily stroller or wheelchair accessible but great place to let young kids run

The sunflower fields are awe-inspiring. Amazing photo opportunities and paths for hiking. We may make this an annual excursion.

This beautiful space is easy to get to and usually uncrowded except for sunflower week which is a spectacle not to be missed. Well maintained hiking trails are easily accessible and offer some beautiful overlooks. Too bad dogs are not allowed as this would be...More

Despite growing up in Madison, I'd never heard of this place until a year ago! It's a beautiful place for a hike from spring to fall, and of course the sunflowers are amazing in August. Parking and rest rooms are available.

This is a must do for the first week of August every year and having the ability for great photo ops in mature sun flower fields is a fun way to spend a few hours.

We stopped by the day before the sunflower fest, before the crowd decends. Viewing was just right, easy walk form parking area. It is free, so even better value

No, there are no trails for bikes. The wide paths are mowed for hiking only.
