Imagine a charming stone bridge with magical waterfalls, wistful gazebos, and sun drenched patios. Add to that, a collection of old-world cottages nestled into the countryside of soft, rolling hills. In the distance, vistas and cascading, lush, green vineyard add to the magical feel of this unique winery. This is the ideal location for your fairytale wedding, wine reception, gala party or an intimate gathering. Inside, you can taste and savor the vintner's craft from Wisconsin and around the world. The tasting room offers wine tastings, wine by the glass and bottle, a small line of beer and soda, artisan cheese and cracker basket, and chocolates. No reservation required, just stop on out during open hours. Cheers!

Wow the view was awesome and the wines were very good. Very friendly employees that was always on top of everything. If you are a wine lover, you have to stop at this winery if not for the wine but for the scenery.

Fun! The young lady assisting us in the wine tasting was very knowledgeable of the wines, fun to visit with. We actually bought two wines, and also a glass each with cheese and crackers and enjoyed that for a while at a table inside. They were setting up for a wedding outside the next day. Beautiful setting for a wedding!

We did a wine tasting and really enjoyed the wine. We had whites and they were nice semi sweets. We walked around and the grounds were beautiful. I am not sure this is a winery. I think it is a wine shop. Not a big deal as they had several local wines. We ordered a bottle of wine to enjoy... More

We live only a few minutes away, so were very excited to hear a winery was coming our way. The cottage settings are so quaint. It is fun to experience the wine tasting with the bar staff. They are very knowledgeable and seem to love what they do. We also sit on the deck or walk to one of the... More

This is a tough place to review. It has some great pros, but there are some major, major cons that need to be known before you consider booking a wedding here. First off, I will say that the Cottage is beautiful and one of the most unique wedding venues in western Wisconsin. While planning our wedding, we fell in love... More

Beautiful grounds, they were setting up for a wedding while we were there, and it was easy to see why someone would choose this for their wedding! The person pouring was not overly knowledgeable about the wines, though kind. We asked some questions that she couldn't answer, but the wine was good, and we did buy some.

A new winery that has rapidly become very popular in western Wisconsin. Outstanding motif and friendly owners.

If your looking for a nice place to drink some wine and have some cheese this place will fit the bill. Great place to sit outside also during the summer and enjoy the great views.

Cruised over to Cottage Winery and Vineyard on a October Sunday. The landscaping was very well done as were the buildings. The tasting room was rather small and wouldn't hold very many people. Unless the weather is good and you can go outside there aren't very many places to go and enjoy your wine. The wine was ok, I've had... More

My daughter wanted to visit for the "Hobbit Hole" and my husband and I were eager to try the wine. Understanding that Wisconsin weather limits the types of grapes that grow we are never sure how good local vineyards will be. While several of the wines were too sweet we did find some we liked. A tasting is $5 for... More
