For the True Lake Geneva Experience, you have to get on the water! Beautiful estates, mansions and natural scenery that only be viewed from the lake unfold through a descriptive and insightful narrated tour or provide the backdrop for an unforgettable party or wedding celebration. With 8 boats that hold from 2 to 225, Lake Geneva Cruise Line is one of the areas premier attractions - including the World Famous Mailboat Tour. As seen on the Travel Channel, CBS News, and the Today Show; it is the only marine mail delivery of its type in the nation as the mailperson leaps onto the pier, places the mail in the mailbox and jumps back aboard the boat. The catch is - THE BOAT NEVER STOPS MOVING!

There were hardly any lights to see and it was supposed to be an adult cruise, but the music and jokes were not the best.

The boat itself was great and I have no complaints. I am, however, very disappointed with the light displays for the Santa Cruise. Perhaps the positive reviews I read prior to my cruise made me think the majority of the shoreline would be lit with...More

My daughter and her three children (18,20,22) and I were looking forward to a kind of funky outing. It was a great time. Hosts were delightful. Restaurant is a good spot to spend time either before or after trip.

Went on the Santa Cruise for adults only. After the cruise I wondered what the point of "adult only" was as there was nothing that could have hurt a young child. I can not believe that I paid $30 to look at 5 sets of...More

I had to stand in line for 10 minutes on the boat while the people in front of me ordered a whole list of mixed drinks and I was missing the experience with my kids. When it was finally my turn I ordered 2 hot...More

The boat looked very nice while walking up and the pier was decorated very nicely. From there, we were very disappointed. There were no lights on the lake, our narrator didn't speak that clear and was hard to understand, and there was no entertainment besides...More

Staff was very courteous and there are some photo ops in the staging area. It was extremely cold but the exposure to the cold was minimal due to the covered boat. Decorations/ Lights are visible but at a distance. Few and far between. The best...More

It is the best way to see how beautiful the lake is in winter. Many children were on the cruise and were really excited to see Santa's lake cottage hideaway....we will take our grandchildren next year.

The evening cruise was very beautiful with the lights and the captain telling jokes. The boat had a full bar to relax and enjoy the night.

Great kids activity during the Holidays. Santa reading off the kids names was a neat surprise. It's only 40 minutes so tolerable on a very chilly night.

There are not different class seats. All seating is open and is first come first serve. Some of our boats are open aired and some are enclosed, depending on the cruise.
