The winding road takes you to the top of the bluff. There are bathrooms up there which is nice. You only need to be here about 10 minutes as there is not a lot to read but the view is beautiful.

Great place to see! The views of the city and the Mississippi River are spectacular, however, we were there on a rather overcast day. Would recommend waiting until the sun shines to get the full experience!

It is well worth the drive up the hill to see the views from the park. It was very windy when we went but that actually added to the fun.

Great view from the bluff. Not a ton of things to do there other than look out over the city, so I wouldn't plan on making an afternoon out of it, but it is an awesome view and an exciting drive back down the hill.

It is accessible by car. There is a parking lot and a short, easy walk to the overlook. There are also trails from there for those who want to explore further.
