When visiting the Oglebay park pool for the first time I was baffled by the changing and restroom facilities. They were very outdated and dirty for a place that tries to call itself a “resort”. The floors were haphazardly painted with what I hope was...More
There weren't too many people here when we stopped in to check out the view. There are a couple museum/shops near the view area and we scurried out of the way of a wedding party stopping in for photos. We were in town over Memorial...More

WE stayed in an older room in the Ogelbay Lodge. Old but with an updated bathroom, and very clean. The resort is vey big with lots of areas to walk. Very pretty with tulips by the hilltop buildings. I would go back again.

Yes I believe they charge $20 a car to drive thru the lights. If u stay at resort u get a pass included with your stay. Make sure if u do not stay at resort u go to Wilson lodge and walk thru it. It is beautifully decorated and u can get a bite to eat in the bar/ restaurant with your family and walk around the lodge and enjoy all the decorations inside.
