We grew up in Wheeling and enjoyed this park throughout our childhood. Now we routinely visit in summer, either staying at Wilson Lodge or renting cabin. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath cabin comfortably housed our entire family, 10 in all! The park has many family...More

Since I was a child, this has been one of my favorite places to visit. I've since moved across the country, but my family still lives in Wheeling. When I'm in town, I enjoy taking walks on the trails as a nice outdoor workout. Great...More

When visiting the Oglebay park pool for the first time I was baffled by the changing and restroom facilities. They were very outdated and dirty for a place that tries to call itself a “resort”. The floors were haphazardly painted with what I hope was...More

We share a girls weekend once a year at Olgebay. The cabins are a great way to get together and not have to worry about others complaining of noise

The lodge rooms are fine . It’s pricey here tho. Golf is popular but we didn’t partake. They have large outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. Lots are gift shops. There is a lake where you can fish, rent a...More

The family loaded into two vans and drove through the Festival of Lights in Wheeling's Ogelbay Park. The 6 miles of light displays were festive and we even had some snow to add to the experience. Definitely a fun way to spend the evening.

Yes. They did have a laundry room at the Lodge for guests to use. I didn't check on how much a wash/dry cost.
