My husband and I were in WV to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The cabin we were originally staying in (in Lansing WV) was infested with insects when we arrived for late check in. At 10pm on a Friday night we were left with nowhere to stay and thought about making the 7 hour drive back to Philadelphia. Fortunately my husband... More

We were at the resort for a runway show put on by model 101 magazine. Very nice place that has two halves to it. Overall clean place but it has and old part to it and a new part two it. People are very nice and accommodating. Good food in the restaurant with room service.

We spent many, many nights in the campgrounds with our children. Bath houses always clean. Loved to bike and hike the several trails. The overlook was always changing with the seasons. Very relaxing park to spend time at. The pioneer farm was first place my husband took me too on my first trip to WV prior to our engagement. It... More

Stayed at the campground for the Labor Day weekend. The campground was nice. We were fortunate to get 9A, a handicap site, where there was much privacy and a large lawn for outside games, etc... The bathhouse was very clean for a state park. Lots of tile and a vinyl shower insert. There was only two stalls though. Being that... More

The hotel or loge is very clean and kept up. They have a very nice gift shop when you first walk in and very friendly workers, also they have some history in the life it's self. The room was very clean and had a nice view. The pool was nice. They have a very nice restaurant that sells the best... More

Twelve hiking trails vary from remote wooded paths to scenic walks. You can visit the living history farm which appears much like those of the 1830's providing a glimpse into the lives and times of the people who settled this area. Twin Falls features an 18-hole par 71 championship course. If you like the outdoors, Twin Falls is for you.

This was my first visit to the park and I have to say it was nice. The resort was extensive and nice and the golfing was nice. I would've imagined the park to have more trails and overlooks. Perhaps I didn't find them but I though it was sparse for the beauty of the area. Nevertheless, I will probably be... More

For a great place to spend a night, weekend, or even a week or two, you can't beat Twin Falls State Park in Southern West Virginia. Beautiful lodge with modern clean rooms. Great restaurant and several cabins available, and 18 holes of golf. We held our high school 50th reunion there for weekend and the lodge catered our Saturday night dinner... More
