If you need flowers, plants, vegetables , you can get it all at Capitol Market. Worth a drive, just get there before 6pm. Don't forget to get lunch or dinner at Soho's!.

I would suggest stopping by the Capitol Market, that is where the Visitor Center for Charleston is located. Someone there can give you a map of the downtown area, and all the great local hot spots. But to answer your... More

Outside yes, inside no. Cat friendly to but they frown on cats larger them 30 pounds. They also don't like alligators, deer, and zebras. Oh and elephants. Don't bring your elephant.
