Looking for an all-around fun thing to do in Yakima on a Saturday evening, then look no further than Kana Winery's tasting room in downtown Yakima. Good wine, fun atmosphere, super friendly staff, and great live music! Check ahead to see when Angela Soffe and her bandmates are playing their versions of classic tunes and many original bluegrass songs that... More

Do a wine tasting here while you are in Downtown yakima! Dark Star is an excellent red and the Workingmans Red is a great easy drinking red. The Katie Mae Riesling is the best one I think I've had. Very light and refreshing Without being too sweet. Weekends they have little bands playing too. Stop by Cowiche Canyon Kitchen for... More

Kana winery hosted a paint and drink art class. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!!! It was yucky raining day and we painted our weather blues away. Kana winery has a sophisticated yet laid back hippy feel with wine titles like Dark Star and Working Man's Red. How could it no have a hippy feel with wines names like that! For... More

This is worth a stop for some wine tasting. Nice options for tasting at $5.00 per person and conveniently located downtown. The front door sticks, so push hard.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review on Kana Winery. We try to fix the door but unfortunately the hardware is as old as this historic building. Built in 1931, but I am also looking at new ways to figure this problem out! lol More

Great wine at good prices. Staff is very helpful and very familiar with the wine selection. They don't serve food, but you can bring your own. Also, there is usually entertainment on Friday evenings. Every visit has been delightful.

We arrived too late for a tasting, but decided to buy a bottle and stayed for the live open mic entertainment. The staff are knowledgeable and very welcoming. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. The wines are well balanced, good quality, and reasonably priced. I wish I had time to go back for a full tasting. I will definitely do... More

Loved the Dark Star! Bought several bottles as presents for friends (only $22). There is plenty of room in the tasting room for bigger parties. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Learned a lot about wine in the valley from this shop!

This is a great place to meet friends or make new ones. Friendly staff, good wine and often really good music. Uniquely expanded with interesting decorating touches to accommodate more people.
