After going to 3 wine tastings in the area and mentioning I really like Sangiovese another Vintner mentioned this winery as specializing it it and that they also serve food. We were hungry so thought it would be good to get a bite. The Sangiovese wine was very good which I admit I was surprised by since I really didn't... More

My husband & I were driving around one afternoon hoping to have Wine tasting, but we were also hungry. So we had to find a place for wine tasting that would also serve food, and I found the perfect place. You might think twice about entering this place cuz it's located in a warehouse district. But the ambience is perfect,... More

It looks like any light industrial office park office but….. This wonderful, wonderful place has been our little hideaway location for great food and wine. Share plate is the concept and the wines are exquisite! Owners Cindy and David Lawson are convivial and hospitable hosts as well as their friendly and professional staff! We've been there 7 times thus far... More

Previously we had been this winery on a LivingSocial deal. The food was good but tiny portions and the wine pours were miniscule, which we chalked up to the special pricing deal. We had a pretty good time, and ended up joining the wine club. Several months later, we went to Covington for a Valentine's dinner which was very expensive... More

I hosted a business dinner here and it wasnt what I expected at all. I knew it was a tasting room but in the back of a bunch of offices and warehouses is subpar when hosting clients. We arrived for a private dinner on an evening with HORRIBLE traffic. We were waiting for our entire party to arrive but the... More

We did a group dinner and were very disappointed. Even though we paid for more people than attended, there was not enough food. They skimp on wine, they skimp on appitizers, entree and dessert.

In way of greeting it was mentioned the initial price did not include tax and gratuities, I've been to many wine dinners at other venues and this is the first time tax was not included in the initial purchase price. The flight of wines quantity served was more of a tasting than a pairing amount and there were no refills,... More

For locals and for visitors, Covington Cellars in Woodinville is a must (not for minors). Covington Cellars is one of approximately 100 Washington Wineries that have sprung up in the area north of Seattle. They are somewhat hidden away in small industrial buildings. However, inside the buildings are all the necessary items needed tio make wine and there are rows... More
