In the 60's and 70's the Pinnacles were accessed through an orchard and as climbers, we respected the area and the orchard to the best of our abilities. Crowds and the age of liability changed all that and forced the orchard owner to close access...More

Hidden gem to get out of the car and stretch, climb into the rocks. We were the only ones there the day we stopped and it was clear so some great views.

Even though it is a relatively small park, it is worth the trip to visit. Take the trail to the left at the split for a more gentle grade to the top for a good view.

This is a beautiful spot and great for me and my dogs. The hike was not too hard for me and my bad knees. If I needed to take a rest I could easily catch up with others at another part of trail. Great hike...More
