Family visit with a teen. There's an old carousel that's cool for little ones and a play ground. There's ducks to feed and nice areas to walk a bit. Also an over priced gondola to ride. Might bore a teenager? Would probably be blisteringly hot...More

Riverfront Park is a beautiful green sanctuary in the city along the Spokane River. Visit the falls, ride the historic carousel and enjoy other amenities. A lovely place to relax, stroll the riverfront trail, enjoy reflections of the city on the river. A jewel.

I would suggest the convention center lot north of the park. On street parking is harder to find than usual. There is extensive remodeling of the park near the mall parking garage. This involves the west side of the park... More
