Awesome little town with real train classics. The whole family loved our visit. Check out the bookstore and farmers market nearby as well. The restaurant across the street brews there own root beer also.

The Northwest Railway Museum is a fun place to visit in downtown Snoqualmie. I was only surprised that it's mainly an outdoor museum with very little indoor exhibits. Luckily the rain held off for the most part. Most of the exhibits which are of course...More

This museum is unique in that it is entirely supported by volunteers and ticket sales for weekend rides. Trains long pulled by diesel power are now supplimented by steam locos. They have a small museum at the depot but also have stop along the train...More

We stopped here while spending a day in Snoqualmie and found this to be worth the time to visit. The old train engines were fun to view. We didn't have time to take the train ride but the train ride looks like it would be...More

We took out two year old son to see Thomas the Tank Engine last July. It was a very good program for the little guy. Plenty of activities for the kids and topped the morning off with the train ride. He had a great time.

One of the best train trips in Washington State, this railroad is unique because you have the choice of visiting one of four stops. The train runs between two stations, Snoqualmie and North Bend, and you can get on at either and get off at...More

Old downtown Snoqualmie is a very quaint town with lots of little shops and antique stores and little restaurants.

Not much to see and not much open in January... but it was free. The bookstore has lots of trinkets and it was interesting to see the old station, but it is really small.
