It's Cable House Canteen and it's worth the stop after a vigorous walk by the sea. Indoor and outdoor seating and a gift shop too. Food is light fare or from the coolers.

Simply gorgeous. Great water views. Even saw some eagles nesting. Plenty of room for a large group. Recommended.

Campground is about 3 miles off of the highway. It is set in a beautiful heavily treed area. There are 2 campgrounds in the park. Check to see how many sites there are. Large picnic area.

Not much beach access. Didn't look like there were many places to camp. Better places to camp in area.

Yes, he will be able to use the campsite, take the nature walk and enjoy the large picnic area. I bet the scooter can take him down to the beach (which has nice views of PT, islands, and lots of shells.
