We enjoyed the Commanding Officer's House and the Coast Artillery Museum at Fort Worden State Park. Helpful docents were available at both to answer questions and share information about the fort.

Here for a weekend stay. Have visited yearly. The park is clean with walks, history, and views. Bring a flash light for some of the bunkers. Camp sites are clean. Lots of dear roam the grounds. Great for younger kids.

Sorry - I don't know their policy about cancellations because I live nearby. Contact them right away though, so someone else can take the spot. They are in high demand I hear.
