Brought my grandson to the museum and was pleasantly surprised at all the activities it offered. He is 3 and was early 3 at the time we went. He could participate with almost everything and enjoyed hours of playing. We will return! Only one thing I did not like was the slide where they got into it on the lower... More

Taken our two granddaughters twice for visits there. They are always finding something new there and enjoying activities they experienced the first time. We have taken out a grandparents membership and plan to go back with them in the near future. Highly recommend

We used to go to the old Hands on Children's museum, and this new version of it is much nicer and larger. It has a lot to do for younger children, not so much for teenagers, though. The reason why I deducted one star is because of how hectic it is, and also the layout is set up in a... More

We travel to WA regularly and always make time for a stop here. Interactive exhibits, clean, nice facility and health options for snacks/food in their little shop. The museum is constantly adding new exhibits and it is always well maintained. Would highly recommend if you are in the Olympia area.

Visited with (3) grandchildren ages 4-9, and all were thrilled by experience. Particular favorites were the grocery store and restaurant exhibits, the 'scream' box, the water ball exhibit, and the 'nursery' where dressing up as doctors and nurses was a particular hit.

The Hands On Children's Museum in downtown Olympia is a great way to spend an evening out with the kids! The variety of stations give children plenty of opportunity to learn, explore and play.

My kids love this place, there is so much to do and discover. Great for kids to learn and play in a smart way. Only thing I do not like is the place charges parents' admission too which I do not agree upon since it is a place for kids and not for adults.
