The Ocean Shores North Jetty, built in 1906, lies at the southern end of the Ocean Shores peninsula and bounds the north entrance to Grays Harbor. Climbing up on the massive rocks forming the jetty gives you a view of big waves rolling in unhindered...More

The jetty itself is pretty cool with the waves crashing on it. This small beach seems to be popular for weddings, but I sure wouldn't want to be married there. There were at least 100 dead seagulls laying on the beach in various stages of...More

Nice Beach but jetty only possible for the younger generation. Sand by jetty even hard to walk on. Nice big drift wood on display

It's a must for the waves and view but on a clear day there is no place to watch the sunset. When it's Stormy it's a fun adventure. Bundle up. Love it. We go every trip!

We visit the North Jetty several times a year and find it to be ever changing. During warm weather playing in the sand is a must and during winter weather, watching the waves break over the rocks is exciting.

If you're in Ocean Shores be sure to drive down to see and walk along the jetty. Sometimes the spray of wave driven water hitting the rocks is quite impressive.

We visited on a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. We parked and walked a short distance to the beach/jetty.

There is no camping allowed on the beach at Ocean Shores. If you want to camp the Ocean City campground about 10 miles out of town is your best option. If you want to stay real close to the beach the cabins at Snugglers... More
