Came here with my husband and 1 year old. There is a large park on the water of the potholes reservoir with grills and a few pavilions and picnic tables are all over, My son had fun playing in the grass. Dogs are allowed on leashes. They have a few trails. One loops around and not alot to see but... More

This place seems like the perfect spot to camp. They have small cabins and plenty of camp sites. Very well kept. The views are pretty nice. There's a small playground with plenty to do for little one. There's also a volleyball net up for whoever takes a volleyball. We went up for the day and it was a very nice... More

Really liked having water and electric at a tent site, was available because it receives a lot of RV plus boat visitors, which can be a little noisy.

If you have a discover pass or investors pass, this is a great option for boat access. It also has a great fish cleaning station. My preference if fishing the west end of the Potholes.

We rented one of the cabin in mid July. The cabins are in a great location with a nice water view. The lake level was low, however and swimming at the park is not so good. Very muddy. However, the staff told us about the O'sullivan swim location, which is also part of the park but about 12 minutes away.... More

Wall to wall. RV/Camping area looks more like a manicured resort. Lots of activities. Booked well in advance. Mixed emotions. Went for a paddle on our kayaks and got rained out. But, the area was not really inducive to small boats. More on the large motor boat crowd. Looking to paddle through the islands, but no launch point even close.... More

We accidentally came across this park and were amazed at how beautiful it was. From playground to spacious grassy area to pathways and the lake (and a boat launch too!), this park has everything! We came here with two little ones (under 2 years) and the playground was of course a little too big for their age, but it's really... More

This is now one of our favorite spots in Central Washington. Potholes State Park is a beautifully kept location. The RV sites located in the "round" are very nice. Lots of space between sites, full hook ups, large metal picnic table and fire pit. Tall trees provide a nice windbreak for the sites as it does get rather windy most... More

There are lots of big holes in Potholes State Park. They are connected together underground and sometimes they are high and somtimes they are low, but always wet, lots of mosquitoes

There's nice little cabins here and a lot of rv spaces. Would be a fun camping place. We'll come back here again to camp.
